Construction is tentatively scheduled for Highway B north of Interstate 90 (between Badger Road and 650th Avenue) for April 15, 2024. The closure will last 7-8 weeks. A signed detour will be set up along the route.

Unconscious boat operator rescued from Lake Menomin

According to a press release this morning, the Menomonie Police Department responded to a call at approximately 9:46 AM on April 6 2024 about an un-manned boat going in circles on Lake Menomin. The report was near the Fish and Game boat landing, and the operator had fallen into the water.
